There are many levels at which an individual or the local HD community can help including:

1. volunteering to be a designated helper for a trial participant.
2. donating funds designated for a particular individual's participation.
3. fundraising for the HDDW effort in your community. Individual trials will be a long-term commitment of both time and money.
4. Incorporating the HDDW trial efforts in your local support or other HD community group. Grants of $10,000 will be given to community-based groups who wish to participate in these trials.
