Could not open error log file /home/hddw/live/logs/error_log: file or directory is not writeable.<br>

      try this:<br>

      <ol>
       <li>remove the error log (/home/hddw/live/logs/error_log)
       <li>refresh the browser
       <li>restart apache
      </ol>
      The error log should then be writable by apache
